I was pretty disappointed about a year ago when Sonoma Cheese Company 
reformulated their Habanero Jack with fewer habaneros. The other day 
I came upon Cabot Cheese Companiy's Habanero Cheddar at the local 
Raleys. It has been raved about here before and I'll second the rave. 
Lots of habaneros and I prefer cheddar to jack cheese anyways.

Habaneros the horse is entered in the San Marcos at Santa Anita on 
Saturday. He's 8-1 on the morning line. Channel 404 if you have Dish 
Satellite.
