Hello Fellow Chile Heads,
  I just rejoined this list after a five year absence and look forward to extolling the virtues of the "fruit of the gods", the noble aji, with you all again after such a long time.
  As a means of introduction, I live in the Borough of Queens in New York City, the most culturally diverse county in the United States with over 180 distinct ethnic groups represented in its population.  Obviously, this gives me access to a wide variety of great peppers, hot sauces, and ideas on how to use them in recipes both traditional and improvised.
  I'm looking forward to sharing my aji-related experiences and experiments with the list and learning more about your adventures in the realm of Chiledom.
