Someone asked me for this awhile ago, a Maple Pork recipe, and it took me so long to find it, I can't remember who asked! Here it is. I sometimes have used curry paste instead of powder, and liked it better, and one time I was out of oranges and used lemon juice for flavour, it worked fine! Mapled Pork Roast 1 - 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 2 Tblspns each soya sauce and ketchup 2 tsps grated orange zest 1 Tblspn dijon mustard 1 - 1/2 tsps each: curry powder, ground coriander 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp worcestershire Mix all ingredients except pork. Pour into a plastic freezer bag with pork roast and tie tightly. Let sit at least an hour or even overnight. Then pour all into a roast pan and roast in 350 oven for 60 - 90 minutes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Linda ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "I refuse to spend my life worrying about what I eat.
