[CH] A truly delicious and fiery BBQ Sauce.

Hi Chile-heads,

I have not seen a post in quite a few days now and was not sure
if I got booted again or if there is some kind of bizarre
capsaicin induced hibernation the CH’s have fallen into.

Since I am still mostly awake I figured I would tell you all
about my favorite BBQ Sauce. If it’s a sweet, sticky, smoky and
flamin’ hot BBQ sauce you like, I recommend “Smokin’ Joe Jones’
Mississippi style BBQ Sauce” in the “Blazin’ “ flavor. Now it
does not seems that hot at first bite. But this sauce grows up
fast. The initial warmth turns into a full on face fire by the
third or fourth rib. The great thing about this stuff is it has
no sugar in it so it will not burn on the grill or in your
smoker.

I marinated a couple of racks of baby backs in it then into the
smoker at about 250 degrees for 4 hours. I brushed on more sauce
and wrapped the ribs in foil and back in the smoker for another
hour. When I took them out they were tender, sweet and fiery
hot! If you threw the rack on the table all the bones would have
fallen out.

For those of you that prefer a more moderate heat level there is
a “smokin’ “ heat level which is one notch down and an
“original” which has no heat. What’s the point of that though?

Any others CH’s have a favorite BBQ Sauce? Or a favorite method
to getting perfect BBQ. Enquiring Pods Wanna Know!
