Eating chiles,  how does it affect your Blood Pressure ?  up or down  ??


Background  about 8 weeks ago I decided to quit smoking (was 55 years, 
last few years 5 packs a day,  cigs going up another .28¢ pack to fund 
another politic  Project )    I cut back too fast and had to spend a few 
days in Hosp.

Since then  I  feel  like I have been run down by a truck  ( no pun 
intended Sue) 

One med dropped my BP  from 175/83  to 117/83 in 30 min.

Another med  dropped my BP  below 90,   ever loose control of your body, 
and have only tunnel vision
