Mark's operation was a success.  He had 2 bypasses and they "remodeled" his
heart (Installed a Viking range?  I know he declined the Reidel glassware.).
He didn't come out of the operating room until 10:30 Tuesday night.  I was
able to speak to the surgeon at that time.  I spoke to the nurse in
intensive care just recently, and she said he is doing extremely well.  He
should be moved to a post-op recovery room later today, and possibly to a
regular room a day or two later.  I will keep you posted and will let Mark
know you have been inquiring,  As soon as he is in a regular room I will
send you a phone number.
