They're not actually adding it to the sauce- it has actually been made
LESS salty by turning it into the sauce.  If you think the sauce was
salty, you ought to try tasting the mash that it was made from!  That is
because 99% of mash on the market is anywhere from 12% to 22% salt BY
WEIGHT, unless it uses preservatives.  I've a bit of an explanation of
