WOW -- just what we need, a cookbook that sets itself on fire! My chiles this summer consuist of about two dozen pplants in my backyard garden. We gave up the commercial garden after last year (The year with no summer). The boys are growing up and leaving home with other jobs -- only one of the four at home this summewr and he is helping manage the local swimmoing pool. Between work, lawncare business and graduate school, sometthing had to give. It was the chile patch. I have the usual jalapenos, hot bananaa and cayennes in the garden. Enough to make some chile powder this fall and freeze a bag or two of jalapenos for mid winter pico-de-gallo. Nels in ND
