I haven't changed in a lot of years, maybe 10.   But my spam catch on this 
account is almost overwhelming at 200+ a day.   One of the organizations I 
belong to put my address up on a web site and the crawlers got it.   Then 
one night i got mad and started hitting "unsubscribe."

Yeah, I knew it was a bad idea but now I am on the verge of a new account.
