Niels,
I buy the calypso sauce and use it to spice up canned soups among other things.  It goes really well with the varuous "chunky" brand like beef and barley and chicken with rice.  Adding it to the chicken soup gives it the same flavor as the various carribean chicken soups that I've enjoyed in west indian restaurants that I've eaten in here in NYC.

Question -- does anyone else like Matouks Hot sauce?  I bought some in
Fargo, and really like it on pizza, also goes well on curries.
