Habs (which are Capsicum chinense) and jalapenos (which are C. annuum var.
annuum) can cross, with resulting F1 hybrids that are "partially fertile".
But, I don't know if this means:
	"but only some will grow"
or:
	"but the plants that grow from these seeds are themselves only
	 partially capable of producing fruits"

Or maybe the meaning is obvious, and I'm just confused today.
