Can someone please tell me the difference between E. Y. green and red. My favorite Mexican place has both on the table. I've looked at the labels, compared ingredients to see if one has more pepper than the other and I can't find a single difference. Being of the moderate persuasion, I've only tasted drops of each on a chip to see if my tongue could determine the diffference but to no avail...both put me under the table for a bit.
