Hey all... haven't posted in years! Been lurking again of late though... What's the best way to keep my crop fresh the longest? Cut the fruit off, then store it in a "holey" plastic veggie bag in the fridge? Maybe I should cut branches from the plants and keep the fruit on till I need it? Also... in the past I have dropped a couple of sliced chilies into Mezcal or vodka and left them for months to flavor the alcohol... is there any risk with doing this (Botulism?) or will strong spirits safely preserve?
