I think you're going to find japs just a little too thick for good
drying at low temps.

Freeze/dehydrate/freeze/dehydrate works good if you don't want to 
bump
up the heat too much.

Just trying to give the unit a good work out,  I knew that drying 
Jals
would be about the hardest.  If I can get it done with just a light 
bulb and a fan

JohnT  said that he believed that drying at 140F 'might have' killed 
germinatiion

If I can get the job done at 120F  and still have viable seeds that 
would be a plus...   120F is not that unusual in NM, TX, AZ and CAL. 
right??
