NOAA has come up with a new Doppler Radar display that gives clearer images on topographic style maps: http://www.srh.noaa.gov/ridge/buf.shtml To help relate, this is the radar for the Buffalo area. Note the checkboxes at the bottom of the display that allow you to turn off and on various elements of the image such as boundaries, cities and highways. Tres cool! There is a listing of all Doppler radars in the country at: http://weather.noaa.gov/radar/national.html Bear in mind that not all of the links on the national image connect to the new style images (The old radars have a plain black background), but when you find a new style map elswhere you can hop over to the desired map in the new format by using the arrows in the upper left. =Mark * Homer: Lisa, honey, are you saying you are never going to eat any animal again? What about bacon? * Lisa: No. * Homer: Ham? * Lisa: No. * Homer: Pork chops? * Lisa: Dad! Those all come from the same animal... * Homer: Heh, heh, heh. Oh, suuure Lisa.
