"Vintage Habanero Cheddar", that is. I've just been to a craft and foods fair (Frederick, MD) where I tasted and bought some. At first bite, I was impressed by the intense Habanero flavor. The base is a rich, creamy cheddar, and the Hab flakes are pervasive throughout. After ~15 seconds, I was hit by the heat -- significant for even a CH such as I. I recommend this cheese for those who like Habanero flavor (and cheese). Caution: This cheese is NOT for those of the moderate persuasion. Made by "Walnut Creek Cheese", Walnut Creek, OH. This product might be available in some specialty stores. It is not listed on their website: http://www.walnutcreekcheese.com But may be ordered from them at (877) 852-2888. (I have no connection with the company.) AndyB
