Mike You might have better luck looking for Pasilla or Pasilla Bajio seeds (green state) Try Enchanted seeds.. Your pods and saving seeds, Any chance these blossoms were cross pollinated? Any other C. Annum within 300 to 500 ft? Did you air dry the pods or use a dehydrator? Were the pods picked in the ripe stage or in the green stage??? All this stuff makes a difference in germination and true reproduction.. L.B.
