You can stop by for a visit anytime we are in (call first), but late 
summer would be the best time so you could see all the chile plants 
in full production. You could take a taste testing tour of the 
gardens.

We have several pounds of Red Savainas in flakes, plain powder or 
smoked powder in stock.
