Hi All,

I have been using for a number of years a similar set-up.Using an old
Polystyrene Chilly bin ( Esky , Cooler ) Seeds planted in any available
plastic trays, Seedling trays from garden shop. Chinese takeaway food trays
ect.
With a low power 15watt oven light bulb as heat source.I start them in
August (Southern Hemisphere) to plant out in October
This works well and will germinate many flower and vegetable seeds if you
wish. Once started I put the seedlings under an old fish tank fluorescent
light in the hot water cupboard until they are big enough to put near a
window. Watch out for sunburn on the seedlings as the sun gets stronger in
spring
