Just a different 2¢ I obtained from Sir James a couple jars of chile powder, One jar I gave to a gal that let me use her Moms home while I was out there. ( I didn't have to listen to Paul snore :-) ) The remaining jar is in front of me, Aji Armarillo, I also made powder from 25 other chile varieties, most are in film cans, a little less that a full one for each type. My guess, my electric bill for dehydrating and grinding exceeds what JC charges for Chile powder.. It took about 5 days to get them all done, 5 days of the OH _itching about getting this mess cleaned up. Price dang can't beat it if you consider your time and labor L.B.
