Hey Paul! How are ya? We Canadians could keep Yvonne up north for the whole winter LOL. Here is a treat suggestion for Canadians at least. One of the things I carry in my online store is pickled habaneros, whole. I am sure you can get them whereever. My son-in-law is my chile buddy. We went there the other day and I brought a bottle of the habs. He had this Vintners cheddar cheese... by Baldersons. It's meant for wine pairing. I am not a wine affictionado, but that is a very fine cheese!! We were laying thin slices of pickled hab on the cheese and eating them... MAN!! We went through half a bottle of habs. It was ... simply... amazing!
