Well as it happens Mom and I are cooking Peking Duck fried rice, and we're 
dropping in a ripe mango that's been sitting on the kitchen table, waiting 
fo some Action.  The mango, not the table.

I will add my own pods for heat; there are some green cayennes waiting...
