First I have to convince him there are different flavors! He doesn't understand why I have 250+ bottles of hot sauce. Actually, I think he mau make me oine, as we have traded a few boomerangs. He would probably make ones for sale, if there was interest.

Based on that, it is probably indestructable. I don't think I've busted an ABS boomerang. (trick catch: usually a high flying, hovering boomerang)
Now, a few years back another boomsmith made a few "salsa-rangs" and I bought one. In the photo at:

it's the bottom one. It was designed for an event called Fast Catch (5 throws & catches in shortest time) and I can guarantee it is one hot number. I have sore fingers to prove it!
