Finally got a chance to walk the fields yesterday & they are looking really good. Not nearly enough chiles there for my liking but still, the plant count is over 6,000. The tags have faded so we'll have a bit of 'detective' to play to identify them. I should have maps available to assist. Some *really* interesting stuff out there this year, though there are a whole bunch of really tiny chiles. Tepins & at least 3 or 4 'bird' peppers make for a lot of labor for someone ;-) Consider this the nearly last official invivte- busy season is upon me & I'll be off to Texas for shows shortly. If you want to come, drop me a line for the directions, rules, regs & info- they'll be going out in about two weeks. Posters will be at the fields. -Jim http://www.StepUpForCharity.org Mild to Wild(R)
