I had a gallon of peppers cheap from a restaurant supply house. Part of them were used up as follows and it turned out pretty good.... MMMMM-----Meal-Master - formatted by MMCONV 2.10 Title: Jim's Pimiento Sauce Categories: Sauces, Condiments, Chiles, Jw, Tnt Servings: 1 cup 1 c jarred fire roasted sweet red bell peppers packed in brine 1/4 c brine from the pepper jar 1 tb puree of chipotles in adobo 1 tb Sach's habanero sauce with garlic and cumin 1 tb water 1 tb white vinegar 1 tb ketchup white pepper, optional Whiz peppers and brine to a pulp in a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and whiz again briefly to stir. Add water to thin as required to get the pouring consistancy you want. Bottle.
