I've grown chiles grande from time to time, and this year as well. They're about 4 inches long, tapered, pointed end, and flesh medium heavy (lighter weight flesh than jalapeņos). It's a very nice chile, but I cannot find any reference to it to figure out its heat (IIRC it's pretty hot), or a seed source. I don't recall where I got my seeds, and can't save them this year because they're in a thick patch of Sonora, chocolate habs and poblanos. I'm sure there's crossing.
