Scott KCK used to dry and grind ahi amarillo. He gave me some of the wonderful yellow powder one year at the Midwest Hotluck. YUM!! I savored it for a long time. Just enough heat for this moderate little Italian. SandyO CH #1146, of the moderate persuasion.
