If you want something semi-complicated, try the link below and add Chipotle. (should we start up the "how do you pronounce chipotle" thread again <G>) Taste before adding chipotle and add it in increments, tasting each time. It is hard to take it back out, once you add too much. A co-worker, whose m MIL lives in MT suggested that I try this tomato soup, at the 4B's restaurant, on a recent trip to MT. It was even better than what the guy said it was. http://www.cyber-kitchen.com/ubbs/archive/SOUPS/Tomato_4Bs_Tomato_Soup.html Copy and paste, if the link doesn't work. I haven't made it yet, but the recipe should be good, as it is supposed to have been reprinted from the Billings, MT newspaper. I always spend hours planning and trying new recipes like exotic stuffing and then my family tells me they would have been happier with Stovetop!
