Hi, Mike -- For the last 10-12 years, I have made the same spicy cranberry sauce, and it is always an enormous hit. It couldn't be simpler, either. I make a batch of sauce as described on the bag of cranberries (i.e., boil cranberries with water and sugar) and add some orange zest to the mix during cooking. When cooked and cool, stir in fatalli (or habanero, or other hot) pepper jelly and rough chopped cilantro to taste. Good luck and happy Thanksgiving.
