Because they didn't exist when this group was created! There are plenty of
people here who used to post from pre-Windows machines, with monochrome
character interfaces.

There is a sister grouip on MSN groups, and many people are in both groups.
The MSN format allows a few things attaching or linking to images, etc. It
used to have a chat. In fact there is a chile-heads yahoo group, but it's
very quiet.
I would like to see a group based on something like a vbulletin board, I
administer one dedicated to Subaru Outbacks and it allows us to do quite a
bit.
