A bottle of champagne, a good Alsace Garnad Cru Tokay, a Sassi Grossi
Merlot, and an Alsace Vendages Tardives Gewurztraminer.

I normally choose the wine to accompany what I eat.

Than you're eating the wrong food with it. They should balance and
compliment each other, one should not overpower the other.
What do you mean by 'normally eat', anyway? I normally eat many different
things, rarely the same type of thing twice in the same week, and which wine
I drink always depends on what I'm eating.
