[CH] Fresh Seeds

I bought some really good jalapenos at a Produce store near here. It's RARE 
to find these here!! Usually jalapenos are heatless and blah. These packed 
quite a punch and are nice and fat and
meaty, too.

I saved a pile of seeds.  Here's the question:  Can I plant these now?? Or 
do I have to leave them
to dry out first?
