This was my first trip to the Open Fields and now I know what I've been missing - I've never met a nicer bunch of folks. And so much fabulous food - amazing, wish I could have sampled it all. I'm with JohnT on Sue's habanero/peach ice cream (I'll be trying to make something similar) and their Fire Corn, and I forget who made the Hog Wings .. just great! .. and Beth's sammies and hot sauce powder. The "Fire It Up" CD with a song dedicated to JimC - nice idea Hot Dan and sorry I can't make out the other name. A special thanks to Lord Byron for giving me the tour!! I think he knows everyone.
