Good morning (or appropriate local diurnal period), I have just recently produced and bottled the first batch of my home-made hot sauce. I have always intended to distribute this (free of charge) to friends and colleagues, but one of the interested parties lives in Australia, and I am located in the Midwest of the USA. I know there are professional hot sauce makers and shippers on the list - does anyone have specific advice regarding what's necessary not only to ship this out, but to make sure it will arrive?
