[CH] OF Raffle Chile Hat

OK  I  give  up,  would  like  to  know  who  made  the "Baseball  Cap"  
for  the  raffle  with  chiles  on  it.  It  doesn't  have  a  made  in  
china  label,   some  of  the  stitching  looks  like  a  home  job. 

Love  it,  just  want  to  know  if  this  is a one  in a million  thangs
