Matter of fact I'll be over there in Jindivick at the Festival again
this coming year :-)  I believe the dates are February 16th & 17th. 
Putting together the stuff I'm going to ship over so if you have some
specific requests, please let me know!  I was planning on sending over
some of the Finishing Sauce as well as the Chipotle.  You'd better stock
up while there though- postal rates on sending that to you are
astronomical since the USPS in their infinite wisdom (hah!) saw fit to
eliminate everything but air mail for international shipping.
