I'm not familiar with what you mean by "neck reducer rings" ... but what size bottles are you looking for? Are you looking for your typical hot sauce bottle? Or are you looking for something like a pint (or other) size canning jar (Kerr, etc.)? Or are you looking for something else entirely that I'm just not familiar with? For my hot sauces, I just re-use old hot sauce bottles. As a brewer, I've got a fair amount of experience with cleaners for CIP (Clean In Place) and no-rinse sanitizers (e.g., iodophor), so I clean them with hot caustic, sanitize with iodophor, drain, and either fill right away or cap them off and fill them later.
