For you Brewers, Charlie Papazian, "The New Complete Joy of
Homebrewing" says that 1 cup of household bleach will sanitize a
10,000 gal tank

I used to do about 300 gal a year, for 6 years, I would soak the
bottles in 1 oz of bleach in 5 gal of water. Soak time was 5 min,
allow to drip dry overnight.

Only one bad bottle, That was a flip top that the wire punched
thru the glass.

My preference is a heavy German Beer 6.6 lb Irecs Amber liquid
malt, 3lb corn sugar, Hertzberger Hallertauer boiling hops, Czech
Saaz nose hops, 90 min boil, Westphalen liquid larger yeast, and 6
months of aging.

OG 1.050 to 1.060, Lacing and the hop oder that lasts to the last
drop.

Ah sorry I got off track on my #2 favorite subject
