So I've noticed.
Goats are food in the southwest because they can subsist without too
much care or expense.
They are very good at fending for them selfs.
I'm not really into goat heads and such.
Cow head barbecue on the other hand is tasty if done right.
It's sorta like a luau except that one is burying cow heads in the
fire pit rather than pigs wrapped in banana leaves.
The flattened eyes are both the prize and the challenge.
