Oh, what a litigious society we dwell in. We need people to mellow out and
eat more peppers....moderate ones, of course.
Okay, can we use a picture of an eye, a picture of a chile pod, the word
'therefore' another picture of an eye and then the word 'am'? Would that
still be infringement?
Or off on another track altogether, back to "I Am Legion".
