Should the individual choose to enforce it he would have to show damages. If he has registered it and brings suit the bidding starts at about $20,000. The issues don\'t generally cause problems until someone tries to sell a product using the work as a significant part of the promotion. Granted we could create something similar, as I have in the past, and probably use it. But I have some other ideas which I think will work out great and won\'t infringe on anyone.
