Ah, you mean like the lawsuit McIlhenny launched (and subesequently lost) against a Mexican restaurant who just happened to be using their name as the name for the restaurant??

Ah good, then on those grounds, we haven't quite reached evil corporate type status... yet.

Lawsuits happen. Maybe a better example would be a company that hires a full 
or even part time lawyer to allege patent, copyright or trademark
