I am currently reading the book "Around the World in 80 Dinners" by Cheryl and Bill Jamison. It is a mouth-watering read! They visit, among others, such places as India, Thailand, Singapore, and Brazil. And even Australia! All of their meals are not hot, but they really seem to seek out the heat. And the good part is, they give quite a few recipes for what they have eaten! A great read for a Chilehead.
