The choice between "reply" and "reply to all" for mailing lists is one
that happens at setup and can go either way.  In the past running many
mailing lists, I also prefer how this list is setup in that regard,
which probably not a concern here really, but because it cuts down on
private comments going to the list.

Also note, that messages someone sends to the list are not sent back
out to the same person. e.g. I send an email to the list, everyone
else should get it, but I do not get that (effectively duplicate)
copy.

Getting the subscription/management addresses corrected on here though
would be great.  I'd be more opposed to moving it mostly because of
inertia.  For an established list moving to another location (so the
email address for the list changes), it tends to fracture the
community and leaves it with two different pieces, both of which
usually seem to struggle.
