I see these, and I get the digest.  What's going on?

PS -- Picked a couple of Marconis yesterday.  They
were still green, but pretty large.  Taste great.  I need
someone to tell me why my Early Girl tomato looks
perfectly healthy, has some flowers, but isn't growing.
Its predecessor was doing likewise, so I replaced it
about 5-6 weeks ago.  It's still the smallest tomato
plant, but should be one of the largest.  Can't see
anything wrong with it, good color, and soil test seemed
okay back in April -- pH 6.25, moderately high P and K,
a bit low on N.  Retesting now -- pH still the same, won't
know the NPK for a day or two.
