I scaled this recipe down to be more small family friendly. I thought you might like it. It won the challenge on Next Food Network Star last week. At least it was Martha Stewarts favorite. I'm making this today to go with my Individual Serrano Souffles. I'll give it a taste and see if I think it will work that that salad. If it doesn't I'll save it for later. terry McCargo's Autumn Apple Cider Vinaigrette Recipe By: Aaron McCargo Published in: Next Food Network Star Ingredients 2 ounce cider vinegar 2 ounce apple juice 1 1/2 ounce brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper 3/4 tsp cayenne 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 cups canola oil Instructions In a standing mixer, using a whisk attachment, mix in cider vinegar, apple juice, brown sugar, cracked black pepper, cayenne, cinnamon and salt. Blend on medium speed until all ingredients are incorporated. Continue mixing on low speed and add oil slowly until emulsification starts. Change speed to medium and add remaining oil.
