Just got my subscription copy of the current month's Gourmet.

WOW! For a magazine which usually warns that jalapeņos are "very hot" 
this is quite a shift.

Lots and lots of stuff about chilies - from the bhut jolikia and the 
Minorcan datil peppers to an article by Tim Stark about raising, 
selling and teaching chile in Pennsylvania.

Well worth picking up at your local news stand is you are not a 
subscriber. Some pretty good recipes, too.
