Beth, prepare to strain the skin offa those dried chiles, or find some red
poblanos from someone's plants, I just made some apple chutney to go w/ pork
tenderloin. One of the ingredients was a fresh chile, but I reconstituted a
dried one instead. Now, I keep spittin little pieces of skin out all over
the place.
