I hung in the garden shed and air dryed last year without satisfactory
results
...and I have a gas oven which I'm leery of. Would anyone recommend another
approach?

Hi Lowel, I put the leaves between dry kitchen paper towels and put them in
the microwave for a few seconds, after this there dry, crispy and keep very
good flavor.
