Yikes.
As someone who's into the whole fire-and-ice thing, I can certainly see
adding
cayenne to a banana sundae like this (though I'd probably put it in the
chocolate
syrup). But chili-with-an-I powder? The stuff with cumin and oregano
in it?
On a sundae?!? <shudder> I do hope he means powdered chile-with-an-E.
He might, come to think of it; if he's the Gordon Elliott of talk-show
fame, he's
an Aussie, right? And I don't recall what their spelling conventions as to
chile/chili/chilli/etc. are.
